Obtain or exchange a compulsoryyou will be able to get medical insurance in the insurance company that you choose, which is included in the system of compulsory health insurance for citizens. If there is no such company in your locality, you have the right to apply to the territorial fund for compulsory medical insurance.

Working citizens receive a new MHI policy from the employer, but this does not mean that they can not independently choose an insurance company or conclude an MMI contract directly with the insurer.

To receive the MHI policy, submit it to the insurancecompany statement, passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, old form of medical policy, SNILS (if available). If you receive a policy for a child under 14 years of age, you will need a birth certificate, passport of one of the parents or legal representatives, application. Pensioners must present a pension certificate to the insurance company. Students or students are student or student cards.

Refugees and foreign nationals residing in theterritory of the Russian Federation, also have the right to receive the entire list of free medical care. For persons without citizenship, the MHI policy is issued on the basis of a package of documents: identity documents, FMS permits for temporary residence on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Citizens without a fixed place of residence(BOMJI) can obtain a MHI policy on the basis of identity documents and, in their absence, on the basis of a request from the social assistance institution, where the relevant information is indicated: name, sex, place and date of birth, citizenship and place of temporary residence.

If medical treatment is receiveda citizen without consciousness and his identity can not be identified, an insurance company submits an application from the administration for the execution of an insurance contract and issuance of an MHI policy or temporary certificate.
