In 1924, curling was included in the first Olympic Games in Chamonix, taking place in the winter. However, at that time it had not yet been officially recognized as an Olympic sport. He became such only after 74 years. For this game, a specially prepared field is needed. It must necessarily be ice. The size of the site is 45.72 meters or 150 feet by 5 meters or 16 feet, 5 inches.
