Tip 1: What are they looking for in Triumph Square?

Triumphal Square (formerly Mayakovsky) inthe capital is a landmark place. On 31 December, the opposition held traditional rallies, dedicated to the protection of Article 31 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. This article declared the right of Russian citizens to peaceful meetings, rallies, demonstrations and processions. However, in late May, the authorities announced that the Triumphal Square would be closed for archaeological excavations and further construction of an underground parking lot.

Of course, nothing specific is being sought onTriumfalnaya Square - archaeological excavations are legally required before the construction of new construction projects begins on this territory. The opposition took the closure of Triumph Square as an attempt to transfer this "hot spot" of protest rallies from the center of the capital away from the eyes of citizens and journalists. Preliminary archaeological excavations have become just a pretext for closing the square. However, it turned out that in fact there is an investor ready to invest in the construction of a parking lot near Triumfalnaya Square. It turned out to be one of the subsidiary structures of VTB Bank - the company "Hals Development". The government of Moscow explained the choice of this particular company by the fact that it is already designing the reconstruction of the Pekin Hotel located on Triumphalnaya Square. The idea of building a parking lot at Triumphalnaya was proposed back in 2006, but then no one wanted to invest in it, and the project was safely frozen. The participants of the construction market are directly linked to the revival of this issue with regular rallies of protest in this landmark place, which the opposition most often does not coordinate. However, the idea of construction is quite viable - the cost of one parking space is about 50 thousand dollars for 35 square meters, which includes the parking lot and access roads to it. Realtors predict that at the sale price this will increase at least twice. Experts, however, note that it will not be possible to fully implement the initial draft, and it will be reworked and reintroduced for approval by the Moscow authorities. This became clear after the conducted archaeological and geological research. So the question of construction on the Triumphal is still open.

The Tax Code provides for a variety of different requirements for the payer UTII. In case of their non-fulfillment, the payer will betransferred to the general taxation system. To avoid this, it is necessary to maintain the required number of employees at the enterprise, do not exceed the standards of the occupied area and timely pay the tax amount.

Read the list of services in the Tax Code, which provides a specified list of services and activities that fall under the action UTII. These include, for example, hairdressing salonsservices, bath-and-laundry, delivery and transport services and some others. Make sure that your company meets the requirements. Remember that you also have to pay mandatory insurance premiums to funds other than the amount that is levied on you to pay this tax.

Remember: if you carry out several types of entrepreneurial activity, then you must keep records of indicators separately for each type of activity. Make sure that the profitability of your enterprises corresponds to the base (the maximum from one thousand to twelve thousand, depending on the type of activity).

Read the terms of usecorrective factors that take into account changes in consumer prices and factors affecting business activity. The first factor is introduced by the Government, the second - by municipalities. These ratios change every year, but they are very, very important for compliance with the fee rules UTII.

Do the following if the requirements are notobserved. Reduce the area occupied by your company premises (at least legally): sell, etc. to a third party or you can place it under the area of another of your enterprises. Adjust the number of employees: transfer to other enterprises. It is important to do this before the end of the tax period.

Do not forget to accurately contribute the amount of a singletax not later than the twenty-fifth day of the first month of the next tax period (in this case, the quarter). If the tax is overdue, most likely, at the first convenient opportunity, the tax inspection will begin to transfer the enterprise to the general tax system.
