Social environment as a factor

"Microenvironment" of the person

The microenvironment is a small link in social conditions, which affects the primary development of the personality. The first, and the most important link in development is a family in which a person receives a primary formation. Perception and attitude to the sphere of social relations are formed. With the family begins familiarizing people with the customs and traditions of society, the norms of moral behavior. Educational institutions, the school teach the usual forms of communication. For example, a small child who has a love for the environment in the family, respectful attitude to older family members, comes to school and brings with him acquired behavioral skills. These skills can be adopted by other children. But it happens the other way round - the child brings with it rudeness, boorish attitude, intolerance towards another person. Therefore, social relations in the primary cell of society are very important. Individuality of personality is created by the fact that in the process of its formation and development, a person passes through various stages and social groups - these are children's institutions, a school, an institute, and a work collective. In all these social groups there are rules of behavior and relations between their members. And passing through all these individual societies, the person's personality is enriched, and shapes his behavior and attitude towards society as a whole.

The collective, as one of the factors of the social environment

The greatest influence on the formation of man as apersonality in the adult age is provided by the collective. A collective is a social group consisting of people united by a system of relationships that arose on the basis of psychological ties. The structure of collective relations includes functional, managerial and moral relations. In this social group, there is a psychological structure, a commonality of behavioral evaluation, norms of relations. Social functions of the individual are realized directly within the group, where its vital activity is taking place. If a person is at the same time in opposite social groups under certain conditions, this can cause negative consequences - "split personality", overlapping knowledge, beliefs. Therefore, it is very important to understand what place a person occupies in a team taking into account personal and business relations. The higher the place, the more a person values his personal and business reputation. This is an important socio-psychological moment, since a person, valuing his authority, can go on self-sacrifice, putting the interests of the collective above personal ones. Considering the social environment as the main factor in the development of the human personality, it is important to understand, first of all, the consciousness of social being, the structure of the socioeconomic structure, the distribution of labor and the product of the production of the activities of society.
