Tip 1: How to choose a pose for meditation

Choosing the right posture for meditation is one of thethe most important conditions for good practice, especially when it comes to sitting meditation. A well-placed classical posture allows you to relax, feel your own breathing and not be distracted by the discomfort of the body.

Meditation

Classical meditation on breathing, or sedentarymeditation, has a whole set of postures in which the body most correctly distributes the inhaled air, least gets tired with prolonged sitting and easily comes to relaxation.

Types of lotus pose

It is generally accepted that the best posture for meditationis the pose of the lotus. Despite its obvious advantages over other poses (calming the breath, increases blood flow in the back, legs and abdominal muscles), padmasana, or lotus posture, is not suitable for everyone. Firstly, it is quite difficult to execute by people of an age, with an inflexible body. Secondly, it can simply be uncomfortable with meditation and distract attention. The posture of half-lotus, or siddhasana, is slightly easier to perform. In it, you have to cross your legs, putting your feet on the opposite hips. To perform a half-lotter also requires a fairly long physical training, developing flexibility, so the pose also does not fit all. Nevertheless, siddhasana is very useful for improving blood supply to organs, for the lower spine and for developing flexibility. Attempts to sit in a pose of a lotus or half-lotus can lead to severe pain if the meditator has trauma or leg ailments and a sacral disease. The simplest version of the lotus, in which any meditating person can sit, is the "Turkish" pose, or sukhasana. The body easily takes sukhasana, legs do not get tired, and the back, as a rule, remains quite straight. This posture can be recommended to a person at any age with any state of health, except for very severe leg injuries (fractures in the knee or tibia).

Other poses for sitting meditation

One of the most sparing postures for meditationis sitting on his knees. You just need to sit on your knees, straighten your back and put your hands on your hips. The pose is very light, allowing a person to breathe during meditation exactly and powerfully. To simplify this position, you can use a small hard cushion that makes a kind of layer between the legs and buttocks, or a special small bench, under which you can remove your legs. The most convenient position for meditation on breathing is the "Egyptian pose": sit on a hard chair with armrests, putting your feet at right angles and placing your hands on the armrests. Do not forget that during meditation you can and you need to change your postures so that the body rests and functions without problems. It is very important in any sitting posture to keep your back straight so that there is no pressure on the internal organs.

Tip 2: How to determine the future

Mankind is trying to discover a way that allowslook into the future, from ancient times. There is an opinion that in the community there are psychics who have the gift of foresight. However, to develop this gift can and quite ordinary people.

How to determine the future

Learn the art of meditation. You have to be able to dive deep into your thoughts, concentrate on the object of interest, while forgetting about all that is superfluous. You need to meditate in complete silence. Sit in a comfortable pose, relax. Breathe smoothly and deeply. Imagine an object (for example, a beautiful vase or a natural landscape). Imagine that you are inspecting the object from all sides, imagine all the details of which it consists. With non-living objects, gradually switch to people. Imagine what the person you want (or yourself) looks like, what actions he does. Develop your intuition. To do this, it is sufficient to perform daily simple exercises. For example, prepare small pieces of paper. On the one hand, each of them must be of some color, and on the other hand, all the same, for example, white. Stir the sheets. Choose one of them and try to guess what color it is on the other side. Try to focus as much as possible and eventually you will learn to guess the color almost unmistakably. Try to determine your future. Take the habitual position for meditation, relax and let your thoughts float freely. Imagine yourself in an hour or several hours. Listen to your intuition and try to see what will happen to you. For example, one of the relatives will call, get under the rain, have time on the departing bus, etc. Usually the first thing that pops up in your mind is the picture of the future. Gradually increase the time in which you want to see yourself, to one day, then a week, a month, etc. Do the same for the other person. First find out all about his character, current lifestyle, ask what he expects and wants to see in his life, after how long. Take his hand, imagine that his energy passes to you. Try to see his future using your intuition. Usually the brain starts to give barely perceptible signals, as if you are asking him a question, and he gives an affirmative or negative answer to it. So you can collect the whole picture of the future entirely. Some people who want to look into the future need a special object, holding it in their hands, they are better absorbed in the course of their thoughts. They can be like a magic ball or a stone, and quite an ordinary thing - a tangle of threads, a scarf, rosary, etc. Do everything necessary to make the psychic session as effective as possible.
