7 Steps to Achieve the Goal

7 Steps to Achieve the Goal

A dream, a goal, a desire are three completely differentthings. You can just want and dream of being successful or rich, but to achieve this is quite another matter. Any of our dreams can be achieved, but only if we know what the first step towards it should be done.

7 Steps to Achieve the Goal

Instructions

1

Sit down and think carefully about your goals. Set priorities. Define the most important goal for yourself. Positively formulate it preferably from the first person. What does it mean positively? Positively it means without "not." There should not be any denial at all. The goal should be affirmative, for example, "I want a new car" or "I want a yacht in a year". And better "I have a yacht in 2015". Such desires as "I'm not poor" are executed exactly the opposite. Our subconscious does not see the particles "not."

2

Consider and write down your possibilitiesregarding your goals. Analyze all possible resources for today: money, time, help from friends and stuff. Assess your knowledge and practical skills that could help in getting what you want.

3

Create an image of yourself in the future, but onlyhaving what you want. The image should be as clear and clear as possible. To do this, ask yourself these questions: 1. What will my emotions be at the moment when I reach the goal? 2. What will I hear and see when I achieve the desired result? 3. How do I know I got what I need? Create an image based on these three questions. The more sensual it is, the quicker the subconscious will start working on its realization.

4

To realize the intention, it mustanswer the questions "where?" and when?" This is necessary for the goal to be achieved in the right place and at the right time. After all, the more concrete the task, the better. If you just want to have a new apartment, it's a dream, not a goal.

5

What obstacles are on the way to achievingresult? To find out, ask yourself the following questions and answer them in writing: 1. What can happen if my wish is fulfilled? 2. What difficulties will I face? 3. What exactly hinders me in achieving this task? When you answer these questions, then perhaps the setting of the goal itself will change, but this is normal. This is the movement towards it.

6

Specifically determine for yourself the possible firststeps and do not hesitate. If your goal is global and hard-to-reach, then divide it into several stages. It will be easier. For example, your goal is to "lose 20 kg". This is a complex goal for the mind. Break it into 3 or 4 stages. For example, "during the month to lose weight by 5 kg." So it will be easier to achieve the task, and having achieved, there will be enough energy for further implementation. The first step is to start the process. Write down the steps and act. Having taken the first step, you are already realizing the intention.

7

Be prepared for obstacles. If even for a while everything goes smoothly, then sooner or later there will come a very difficult moment. A period when you want to give up everything. This is normal and natural. Our failure is also an experience and, at times, it is much more important than success. The main task will not depart from the goal, find the strength to not abandon it. If we abandon what we started with failures, the experience of these negative events accumulates in our subconscious. And the more such a negative, the more difficult it will be for us to achieve the following goals. Thus, people start themselves in a dead end and drop their hands with any unsuccessful trifle. And on the contrary, when we are not looking at the problems, we go and achieve the desired, we all get easier to follow tasks, because the positive experience is accumulating.
