It is the most beloved and loved ones that can and should be pampered with congratulations even without an official reason. Invent small holidays and dates yourself, do not be afraid of experiments. Let it be "the third day since the last date" or "the evening of a weekly romantic dinner" - everything depends on courage and imagination.
