The figure in synchronized swimming is plentiful, most of them are executed in an upright position, often upside down. This is how the strokes are made. The leg movements play a huge role in synchronized swimming - and not only aesthetic. The legs help to keep the body in the right position and move in the water. Stretching the ligaments, training the muscles of the legs, developing the mobility of the joints is given a large amount of time - all this helps to use the legs as much as possible during performances. There are only three basic positions of the legs - both straightened, one bent and both bent. In order to act synchronously, the athletes first remember the order of movements on land. Since each of them movement is honed and brought to automaticity, in water they can repeat them exactly. His role is played by a sense of rhythm - in spite of the fact that a girl spends a lot of time under water, they hear music perfectly and catch rhythm.
