This may surprise even some veteransbicyclists, but the fact remains: during the torsion of the pedals virtually all muscle groups are activated. The greatest burden falls on the biceps and quadriceps of the thigh. The first ones are used when the pedal is pressed, which is especially felt, for example, when climbing a steep slope or when switching on a more complex mode on a stationary bike. The back muscles are bicycling when you lift your foot from the pedals upwards. When traveling on a bicycle, the load also falls on the calf muscles. Most often, pedaling is done with the toes of the foot, which also loads the eggs. You can put your feet at different angles so that these muscles swing evenly on the bike. When the body moves forward and backward, and during the turns, all the muscles of the press are activated: the upper, lower and side muscles. At the same time, the pectoral muscles and buttocks are included in the work. Constantly holding the rudder in the desired position leads to activation of the latissimus muscles of the back, and in particularly difficult parts of the road, when you have to overcome various obstacles, the deltoid and trapezoid muscles are involved. The harder you squeeze the rudder, the more you load the muscles of the forearms, as well as the biceps and triceps. The last two groups of muscles do not bike the least, but with frequent trips and hard training they are still significantly strengthened. Thus, simple walks and cycling can, if desired, replace the whole gym. However, do not forget to observe the correct drinking regime and have a good rest after each trip.
