Instructions
1
We begin collecting the backpack from what we findfirst of all, backpack. If you do not already have one, get it. Choose a backpack of this size, so that all the collected things can fit into it, and it is better to have a little with a reserve. The capacity of the backpack is indicated in liters. For the above volume, mentioned above, you need a backpack measuring about 100 liters and more. If you go with family (close, friends), and a tent, tourist rugs carry only 1 person, then the rest of the backpacks can be smaller. Choose a backpack with soft wide straps that can be adjusted and tightened. Try to choose a backpack with a loincloth with a gasket and a chest strap. So the weight of the backpack will be distributed, the shoulders and back will be easier. The back should be soft, anatomically shaped, with air channels, so that the back is not too hot. The more on the backpack of different stitches, ties, fixers, the better. They can fix everything, starting with a rug, ending with bottles, flashlights, carbines.
2
So, we open the backpack. What to put first? There are several options. We will name only three. The first and most frequently used: heavy down, light up. Tinned food, carbines, bowls and everything that weighs a lot are laid down. The second option, which I prefer: a tourist rug folds like a roll, is inserted into a backpack and spreads so that the rug repeats inside the backpack wall. So the backpack will be smooth, soft on all sides, the rug does not have to cling on top or bottom of the backpack. And the third option: the sleeping bag is laid down and it is compacted very tightly (it is possible even with the feet).
3
Further we put in the order in which you will beit's easier then to get it. Imagine that you stop at a halt. You, probably, will want to change the clothes wet from a heat or a rain, means we put it in accessible places: pockets, the valve or simply top of a backpack. I wanted to have a bite: the logic is the same. Imagine that you have already arrived at the place. As a rule, if you go to a place for a long time (10-30 km), the first thing the tourist group wants to have is lunch, and only then it's time to arrange the arrangement of the camp. So you need dishes, food. If you put cans, cereals and a bowler down, then you have to shake out the entire backpack. This is a disadvantage of the "heavy down" method. So put food for the first time higher, and the rest down. Sleeping bag and tent you will need, most likely, in the last turn, put them below.
4
The first aid kit should be in an easily accessible place. In the first aid kit, always put cotton wool, an antiseptic (for example, alcohol, iodine is better), a bandage, an anesthetic, a light cream that is suitable for treating burns, or a special remedy. It is advisable to put a minimum set of colds: unfortunately, sleeping on cold ground can have its consequences. Remedy for ticks and mosquitoes. Remember that with the help of mites, only the clothes are treated and done in advance. Take an antiviral with you, which must be taken in the first day if you or someone from the group was bitten by a tick, but to a city far away. Take a point-seat. They are usually fixed by the phastekas. It is needed so that you can sit anywhere and anytime with warmth and comfort. It is desirable, though not necessary, to take a pair of conventional fabric gloves. They are convenient to use, taking off bowls from fire, and also when working with firewood.
5
There are a lot of sleeping bags. Choose a sleeping bag according to weather conditions. On sleeping bags, as a rule, indicates a comfortable temperature and extreme. Do not hero, choose a sleeping bag for a colder temperature than expected at night. Better let it be hot than cold. Downy sleeping bags are susceptible to moisture, so they are taken in winter hikes. For other seasons, sleeping bags on holofaybere, thermofiber are quite suitable (they are slightly more expensive than sleeping bags on sintepon, but they are much warmer). Sleeping bags are of two kinds: cocoon and blanket. Sleeping blanket is pulled out from all sides, except one, so it can take the form of a blanket (it can be wrapped around a fire or spread on the grass), and more importantly - can be strapped to another sleeping blanket (which is convenient if you are traveling with your spouse / wife or child). The cocoon is warmer than the blanket, and is more convenient due to its anatomical shape.
6
The dishes should not be fragile and compactfolding. For such cases, there are metal utensils and folding cutlery. In such dishes you can immediately heat food and water on fire. For the convenience of memorization, there is a "formula": KLMN (mug, spoon, bowl, knife). Your personal items are selected for you. Brush, soap, paste, tual. Do not take a whole package of all kinds of jars and tools. Make-up in nature will only interfere, and to devote a lot of time to care for yourself will not have to - all the amenities on the street.
7
Pay proper attention to clothing. It is advisable to take 2-3 sets. One is mandatory, warm. This is a T-shirt (it is possible with a long sleeve), a warm jacket, trousers (wide, comfortable, warm), warm woolen socks, cotton socks, windbreaker, girls preferably take pantyhose or leggings. In low-risk weather (autumn, spring) take with you a comfortable but small jacket. Shoes are comfortable, well-worn, preferably waterproof. There are special tracking boots. The light kit is designed for summer or for sleeping in a sleeping bag: another t-shirt, shorts (if there are few mosquitoes and hot), light shoes (sneakers, light sneakers), socks, cap / panama, mosquito net.
8
Do not take a lot of food, remember that you are drivingrest and enjoy nature, and not cakes and buns. Take not perishable food: - canned food (meat, fish, vegetable), they are conveniently snacked and added to the main course - cereals, pasta. Try to calculate how much you need to take with you, so as not to carry extra, but taking into account that after a long walk and in the fresh air you want more. For example, a serving of buckwheat porridge needs 90-100 grams. cereals, - bread, tightly packed in a package, so as not to get wet - tea, coffee, sweet (do not take a lot), dried fruits - potatoes, cucumbers (on the first day), - concomitant: salt, sugar, butter. For a snack is wonderful fit nuts, hard vegetables, boiled eggs, canned food.
