The visa to Germany is Schengen, thereforeits receipt gives you the right to move also to all other countries of the Schengen agreement. To get a German visa, Russian citizens need to collect a package of documents.

A foreign passport that is not validless than 90 days after the end date of the requested visa. The passport must contain a personal signature of the applicant. Track that in the passport there are 2 empty leaves for gluing a visa and putting down border stamps. The first page of the passport (which contains the owner's personal data) must be photocopied and attached to the documents.

Russian passport (original) and a copy of the pages onwhich contain information about residence permit, as well as personal data of a person. If the passport is stamped on issuing a passport, then you need to make a copy of this page, too.

A printed and completed application form. Print the questionnaire from two sides. You can write in either Russian or German, both handwriting and filling in on the computer are allowed. The form of the questionnaire can be downloaded on the Internet or obtained at the consulate or the visa center of Germany. The fourth page of the questionnaire contains the law on the stay in Germany, it must be signed.

Attach 2 identical photos to the questionnaire,color, size 35x45 mm. One glue the card to the questionnaire, and attach the second to the documents, without forgetting to sign it: on the reverse side, indicate the number of your passport.

Tourists should attach printouts of armorhotels for the duration of the stay, and for those who travel with a private visit - an invitation from a resident of Germany, written in German. The requirements for invitations are somewhat different in different consulates of the country, so additionally specify this point exactly where you are going to file documents. Also attach a copy of the passport or ID-card of the person who invites you.

A certificate from the place of work indicating the position andsalary, issued on a letterhead. It must necessarily indicate that a person is given a vacation or he goes on a business trip without losing a job. If you are a non-working pensioner, attach a copy of the pension certificate (take the original with you). Students and schoolchildren will need to show certificates from educational institutions.

An extract from the bank account on whichthe amount is not less than 50 euros for each day of the trip. If you do not pay for your trip yourself, then attach a sponsorship letter from the person who incurs all expenses, in this case you will still need a certificate from his work and an extract from his bank account.

If you own a car,real estate or any securities, then attach certificates confirming this. For those who are married or have children, you need to show evidence of this. This is all necessary to prove that you have good reasons not to stay in Germany, but to return to your homeland.

Printout from the site of booking tickets to the country or a photocopy of the tickets, if they are already on your hands.

Medical insurance policy, the amount of coverage is not less than 30 thousand euros, the validity period is all the time of the trip.
