Vnukovo International Airport is divided into threeparts. Vnukovo-1 is a passenger airport, it is further divided into several terminals: A, B and D. Vnukovo-2 is a government terminal where private or passenger flights are not allowed. Vnukovo-3 - terminal for business aviation. International code of IATA airport Vnukovo: VKO, the Russian code: VNK.

Of the three Vnukovo-1 terminals, each performsits own function. Terminal A serves regular international and domestic destinations. From Terminal B international charter and scheduled flights fly, and Terminal D only accepts domestic flights from the North Caucasus, departures from it are not carried out. Aircraft that landed on Terminal D territory depart from B territory. For passengers, to get from one terminal to another, you need to exit the terminal building and go to the next airport gate.

International terminal A is divided into severallevels, therefore arriving and departing passengers are separated from each other, which allows to maintain safety at the proper level. On the -1 floor there is an underground Aeroexpress stop, a UTair self-registration counter and a storage room. Self-registration stands of other companies are on the first floor. It is located at the ground level, where the entrance to the terminal from the street is located. There is also an arrival zone here: passengers pass customs inspection and receive their luggage. There is a waiting room for those who meet arrivals, you can eat, buy souvenirs, drink coffee. The airline ticket offices are also located on the first floor.

If you come by car, then from the flyoveryou can immediately go to the second floor of the terminal A. It is there that the departure zone is located: the registration desk, various types of control, the duty-free zone, etc. Exits (or gates) to land on domestic flights are on the left, and on international ones - on the right. The waiting room is located on the third floor, from there you can also go to the landing. Moving between floors is possible with the help of elevators and escalators, in some areas there are travelators. Wherever necessary, ramps for people with disabilities have been built. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Terminal A.

International Terminal B is currentlyServes charter flights and part of international regular destinations, but in the future it will concentrate only on charter flights, the rest of the flights will be transferred to Terminal A. The first floor includes registration of passengers and the arrival hall, there is also the necessary infrastructure for booking tickets, taxis or recreation. From the second floor there is an exit to the landing, here the control of luggage is carried out.

Terminal D is the oldest in Vnukovo. Only flights from the North Caucasus come to it, as their maintenance requires special standards of inspection and security. In the future, it is planned to close and demolish this terminal.
