Issue a local act on the transfer of cases. It is issued in the form of an order of the head, published when the chief accountant is fired. In the act, indicate the duties of the chief accountant, the timing of acceptance and transfer of cases, indicate the name of the person to whom you transfer the case.

Conduct an inventory of property and make a list of obligations for the chief accountant.

Check the status of reporting and accounting, the availability of all tax and accounting documents.
