Choose a warehouse on which to conductInventory, and specify a certain group of goods for which the residue check is carried out. Keep in mind that you can select products by their properties. In addition, with the help of a multiple filter it is possible to create an arbitrary list of products.

Set the "All" option to "AllNon-zero "in the" Including reserve "attribute. This is done in order to take into account real balances in the inventory, not the reserved goods. Use the convenient switch in the "Prices" tab - "Average cost without VAT". This will facilitate your task. However, if the inventory is conducted in a retail warehouse, the position should be set as "Selling price (retail only)", because the inventory in such a warehouse is carried out at the same retail prices, which take into account the goods in the retail warehouse.

Click the "Inventory" button when you finishsetting all necessary settings. In the automatic mode, the necessary document "Inventory of Inventories" will be generated. If you have chosen a wholesale warehouse, for the compiled document, the form "Inventory (by warehouse)" will be set. If you specified a retail warehouse, then the form will be indicated "Inventory (for retail)". The table in the document will contain the remainders of the goods in accordance with the settings that you set in the "Residuals of Inventories" report.

Enter in the "Inventory" all the actual databy the goods in the warehouse. Further, issue the documents "Write-off of goods and materials" or "Provision of goods and materials", depending on whether you need to reflect the shortage or enter surplus goods.
