How to prepare in Rosstandart's test for metrology?
Every three years Rosstandart (Federal Agency)on technical regulation and metrology) conducts planned inspections in respect of enterprises that are part of their supervisory activities. Many organizations do not even know what this test might be. In order to be ready for the start of state metrological supervision, a number of actions need to be taken.
Instructions

Prepare all information about the company:- TIN (individual taxpayer's number) - OGRN (main state registration number) - order on appointment of the director - order on appointment of the person responsible for metrological support of the enterprise - company charter (if any).

Prepare a list of measuring instruments (hereinafter SI), with which inspectors will work. This document shall indicate the date of the last verification of each instrument, the calibration interval and the type of SI.

Make copies of all documents. To certify the signature of the manager and the seal of the enterprise.

Check each SI for verification. A verification mark can be applied to the device. For this purpose there are specially designated places. Also certificates of verification are issued. And if there is a passport for the SI, then there should be a page with information about verification.

If, however, some of the SI did not undergo the procedureverification, it is necessary to hand them over to the organization that carries out this service. Many of them for 200% of payment can perform their work as soon as possible.
