Instructions
1
The annex to the treaty can not exist itselfby oneself. It is formalized for a specific contract. To the contract can be issued and several applications, so each of them must be numbered. In the Appendix, indicate the name, number of the Agreement and the date of its conclusion. For example, Appendix No. 1 to the Contract No. 3 of 01.07.2011. In the Annex, as well as in the main agreement, the city in which it is composed and the date of registration is indicated.
2
Specify the necessary conditions and other information, which you want to reflect in the Annex to the Treaty. All information should be formulated clearly, fully and concisely. This can be as several points (if the information is voluminous), and any one condition. As a rule, according to the conditions not interconnected with each other and having different subjects, several applications are drawn up for the contract.
3
The application as well as the contract itself is formalizedon the basis of the parties' voluntary consent, all conditions must be agreed upon. If the Annex specifies information that does not require agreement, but specifies specific data - the parties should be familiarized with the information in the Annex. Sign the Annex to the contract. The application concluded between legal entities is sealed. Do not forget that all the Annexes, after their signing by the parties, are an integral part of the main Treaty. They are subject to the norms of the current legislation.
