Select the location for the satellite dish. The ABS 1 satellite is located at 75 degrees east longitude, so there should not be tall trees and high-rise buildings that can block the signal.

Consider the diameter of the satellite dish, since its sail depends on this. To receive the signal from the ABS satellite, it is enough 0.9-1.2 m of the diameter of the mirror.

Use a universal converter on the satellite dish.

Install the satellite dish in a place where it will be inaccessible to vandals and protected from the wind. This way you will always have a great signal.

Calculate the elevation angle and the azimuth of the antenna installation, i.e. its inclination with respect to the horizon line. To do this, go to http://www.dishpointer.com/.

Enter the name of your city in English and a comma. In the lower tab, select ABS 1 75E satellite. On the map, the direction to the satellite will be shown in green.

Turn the antenna in this direction. The angle of inclination is the value - elevation, turn the converter to the angle indicated in the line LNB Skew.

Connect the converter output with a coaxial cable to the LNB satellite receiver socket. To do this, use F-connectors.

Connect the receiver using a "tulip" cable to the TV. Turn on the receiver and set it to ABS 1 75E satellite. Below there will be two bands - the strength and quality of the signal.

Start to move the satellite dish from left to right and vice versa. Raise or lower it one degree to the plate after each circle.

After setting the signal, achieve its strongest value. Produce its fine tuning by turning the converter.

Scan the satellite with the receiver and save the found values ​​of the transponders. If they were not found, use the tuner menu to enter them manually.
