To build a graph in the Word editor youit is necessary to have at least a minimum knowledge of the manner in which charts and diagrams are built in another program included in the Office suite - Microsoft Office Excel.

Start Word and create a new document (oropen the existing file), position the cursor at the point where your graph will be located. Click on the "Insert" tab and click on the "Chart" button in the "Illustrations" section.

A new "Insert Chart" window opens. In the left part of the window, from the presented templates, select the "Graph" item and select it by clicking the left mouse button. In the right part of the window, from the available thumbnails, select the type of chart that you need (chart with accumulation, normalized graph with accumulation and markers, and so on). Select the desired thumbnail with the left mouse button and click OK.

Wait until the Microsoft document opens.Office Excel. The work area view will change. On the left side of the screen you will see your text document, on the right side you will see an Excel document. Enter the data you want on the Excel sheet, set the parameters, rename the coordinate axes, change the data range.

When you are finished editing the schedule data, close the Excel document in the usual way (by clicking the [x] icon in the upper right corner of the window or selecting the "Exit" command in the "File" menu).
