What are the magazines

Today there are several electronic journalsacademic records and student electronic diaries. The most famous are Diarynik.ru, AVERS: Electronic class magazine, ACS Virtual School. Each of this software was created to facilitate the work of the teacher, as well as the accessibility and strengthening of control by parents towards their children. Of course, the development of information technology is an absolute plus for the school system in Russia. However, the key issue in connection with the introduction of an electronic journal and a diary was the question of the teacher's work with an electronic magazine. To date, school teachers are unquestionably obliged to fill two journals, paper and electronic. But even this did not cause a general teacher's indignation, but the fact that many of them do not have a workplace for working with an electronic classroom magazine, because many teachers are forced to fill out an electronic journal during after-hours, often at home.

How to work with the electronic journal

If all requirements are met and completethe organization of the teacher's workstation, the completion of the electronic journal is completely analogous to the routine procedure of the usual paper journal for each teacher. To work with an electronic resource, each school teacher is created an account with individual logins and passwords. Teacher is important to prevent the dissemination of information about their account, otherwise students will have the opportunity to get to the magazine. For students and parents, they create their own accounts. At the beginning of the new academic year, each class teacher adds a list of students of his class to the electronic journal, fills in certain information identical to those in the paper journal on the last page - the address of residence, information about the parents. Depending on the program, the choice of which depends on the region and even the specific school, the completeness of information about students and parents varies. By the way, for the next academic year the list of students to the class teacher will not be filled - at the end of the year the program will transfer them automatically for a new academic year. That is, the class list can be formed once, and then, if necessary, add new students. The teacher must make calendar-thematic planning in the electronic system. Often this requires simply uploading the file in Word or Excel format. Next, each school teacher fills up an electronic journal each lesson. He introduces the topic of the lesson, notes the missing at the beginning of the lesson. During the lesson during the interview, the teacher's work on the blackboard is posted by the teacher directly in the electronic classroom magazine. At the end of the lesson, the teacher is obliged to make a homework assignment to the electronic journal. It is worth saying that the electronic journal is directly linked to the student's electronic diary, because information about grades and homework gets there automatically. This is convenient, since it does not take time to put ratings in diaries and virtually eliminates the substitution of grades by students. Behind the electronic class magazine is the future, and the paper one will disappear into the past. But how long the teachers will have to fill in two types of the journal is still unknown.
