You will need

  • - avocado - 1 pc.,
  • - Peking cabbage - 1/2 head,

  • - lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.

  • - honey - 1 tsp,
  • - soda - 1/2 cup,
  • - crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • - soy sauce - 1 tsp,
  • - a pinch of black ground pepper,
  • - salt.

Cashew nuts are fried in a pan without oil for 3-4 minutes. Then grind the nuts in a blender and mix with honey, water, soy sauce, pepper, salt.

Peking cabbage is cut large. Avocado cut in half, cleaned, remove from it a bone and cut into thin semirings.
