In spring and summer, you want something vitamin, fresh and beautiful. Prepare a salad with avocado and black grapes - this fruit dish will decorate and diversify your table on holidays and on weekdays.

Salad with avocado and black grapes

You will need

  • For salad:
  • - 1 avocado;
  • - 20 pcs. black grapes;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • - A handful of pine nuts;
  • - Rocket salad.
  • For refueling:
  • - half a red onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. Spoons of olive oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of white wine vinegar;
  • - 1 teaspoon of honey;
  • - 1/2 tsp of grain mustard;
  • - pepper, salt.

Roll out the dry frying pan, pour on it cedar nuts, fry them until golden brown. Instead of pine nuts for this recipe, and almond petals.

Mix in a deep bowl of olive oil withwine vinegar, honey (take the liquid), mustard. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Remove the red onion, finely chop the half, send it to the gas station, mix everything again. Such salad dressing can be stored for several days in the refrigerator, it can be prepared in advance. It is suitable for many vegetable or fruit salads.

Rinse the leaf lettuce, dry on paper towels, place on a serving plate. In the future, they will have to lay out a ready-made salad with avocado and black grapes.

Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into slices, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, so that the slices do not turn black. Put the avocado on top of the lettuce leaves.

Rinse the black grapes, cut each berryin half, put on top of the avocado. Pour the salad dressing. Sprinkle with fried pine nuts. Salad is ready to go to the table, it is not required to insist. If you still have refueling, then store it in a jar in the refrigerator or serve separately, along with a salad in the gravy boat.
