You will need

  • - 270 g flour
  • - 650 ml of milk
  • - 4 eggs
  • - a pinch of salt

  • - 1.5 tbsp. cocoa
  • - 25 g of butter
  • - 2 tsp. powdered sugar
  • - 50 g nuts
  • - 40 g chocolate
  • - 2 oranges

Prepare the dough. First mix the flour and baking powder, then add 1 tsp. sugar and salt, mix everything thoroughly.

Pour half a milk with a small trickle,stir. Then add egg yolk and vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly and pour in the remaining milk. Whisk the protein in the mixer until thick foam and add to the dairy-flour mass.

In a frying pan pour the vegetable oil and bake thin pancakes.

Prepare the cream. Squeeze out the juice from the oranges. Whisk with a whisk 2 eggs with 125 grams of sugar, 1 tbsp. Flour.

Bring the orange juice to a boil and pour the egg-flour mix. Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens.
