Chocolate cake "Sacher"
The original name of this Original Sacher caketorte. This is a dish of Australian cuisine. It turns out amazing, delicate and very very delicious. It is impossible to tear yourself away from eating such an excellent treat.
You will need
- - 350 g of dark chocolate
- - 140 g of butter
- - 125 g of granulated sugar
- - 250 g of flour
- - 6 eggs
- - 260 g of powdered sugar
- - 1 tbsp. L. Baking powder
- - 300 g of peach or apricot jam
- - lemon juice
- - 8 tsp. water

Make the dough. First, melt 150 g chocolate in the microwave oven. Then add the granulated sugar and butter, beat well with a mixer.

Separate the yolks. Add the yolks to the chocolate mass and whisk until smooth. Whisk the whites with 1 tbsp. Of powdered sugar. Add the proteins and baking powder into the chocolate mass, stir until homogeneous. In a thin trickle, pour in the flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.

In the baking dish, put the dough andspread the dough over the surface. Send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, bake for 50-60 minutes. With a toothpick, check the readiness. Remove the biscuit from the oven and allow to cool. Cut the cooled biscuit into two equal parts.

Apply a jam on the bottom part and cover with the top part.

Make the icing. Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven, add 2 tablespoons chopped. butter, lemon juice and powdered sugar, mix. Add 8 tsp. boiling water and mix until homogeneous.

Lubricate abundantly with chocolate glaze cake. Remove it to the refrigerator for 8-12 hours before solidification.
