Prepare a cake with walnuts and vanilla cream. This combination of ingredients will pleasantly surprise you and please with a delicate taste.

How to cook a cake with walnuts and vanilla cream

You will need

  • Crust:
  • - flour - 400 g;
  • - Butter - 250 g;
  • - egg yolks - 4 pieces;
  • - sugar - 200 g;
  • - baking powder for dough - 1 sachet.
  • Foam on the cakes:
  • - egg whites - 4 pcs;
  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - walnuts - 250 g.
  • Cream:
  • - vanilla pudding - 1 packet;
  • - milk - 1 glass;
  • - sugar - 250 g;
  • - Butter - 300 g.

Combine in one cup such ingredients asegg yolks and butter. The second should be softened beforehand. All mix well. Then add the baking powder and flour to the mixture. From this mass, knead the dough. When it is ready, cut it into 3 equal pieces. Take the rolling pin and roll each of them.

In walnuts, remove the shell and chop themknife on fairly large pieces. Whisk egg whites and combine with granulated sugar. Add the ground nuts to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Put this foam on the rolled layers of dough.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. While it is warming, smeared with foam cakes placed on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Send them to bake for about a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, prepare a cream for the future cake. To do this, cook the vanilla pudding as indicated on the package. When it is ready, cool it, then combine it with butter. Mix this mixture thoroughly until smooth. This mass should not be very thick. If at you it turned out exactly this, then just dilute it with a small amount of sour cream.
