Did you know that the use of almond milk is a great way to replenish the stores of vitamins and minerals in the body? In addition, it is also a very delicious way to maintain immunity!
This vitamin drink can be cooked very easily at home. To do this, just take the raw almonds (glass), lay out with a bowl and pour water in a ratio of 2: 1. Leave on the table for a day.
After 24 hours, peel the nuts on a sieve and shiftin the processor cup. Add water (one and a half cup) and whisk at maximum power for 3 minutes. Then add water to the consistency you need (2-3 cups) and whisk for another minute.
Strain the resulting mixture with gauze and use the same way as regular milk, for example, as part of fruit cocktails. One of these smoothies can be a wonderful breakfast of a summer day.
"Pina Colada" with almond milk
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. almond milk;
- 0.5 cups of sliced mango;
- 0.5 tbsp. cubes of pineapple;
- 0.5 avocado;
- a small frozen banana;
- 4 tbsp. coconut shavings.
To make a cocktail, just whip all the ingredients (except coconut chips) until smooth and put into glasses. Decorate with coconut chips and a slice of ananda and enjoy!
Smoothies with berries
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. almond milk;
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey;
- 2 tsp. Coconut oil;
- 1 tbsp. Frozen raspberries;
- 1 tbsp. Frozen blackberry;
- A couple of handfuls of fresh spinach;
- juice of one lemon.
Just like in the previous version, you just need to whip all the ingredients in the blender until smooth. In addition to serving, decorate with fresh raspberries and blackberries.
Smoothies with chocolate and banana
Chocolate almond milk, peanut butter, honey and banana - all the most delicious is now collected in one cup!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of chocolate almond milk;
- 4 tbsp. Peanut butter paste;
- half the ripe avocado;
- 2 tablespoons Honey;
- 2 tsp. Coconut oil;
- frozen banana.
