You will need:

- 1 chicken egg;
- salt;

- vegetable oil.
Rinse the rice in cold water, boil it to the full (do not digest), drain the water, cool.
Finely chop the onion, drain the canned oil and mash the fish with a fork.
In a deep bowl, mix the rice, raw chopped onions and mashed fish. Stir well, season with salt, add your favorite spices.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, form small round-shaped cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry from both sides until completely ready.

- 500 g minced meat (you can use any);
- 1 cup of boiled rice;

- salt;
