Soup with minced meat and mushrooms

Traditional soup with minced meat and mushrooms is perfect for a dining table. It turns out a delicious and satisfying first course, which will give strength and vivacity for the whole working day.

Soup with minced meat and mushrooms

You will need

  • - 2 carrots;
  • - onion 2 pcs .;
  • - champignons 300 g;
  • - minced meat 300 g;
  • - 3 potatoes;
  • - canned corn 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - salt;
  • - Ground black pepper;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - sour cream or mayonnaise;
  • - greens of dill.

Carrots clean and grate on a large grater. You can also cut the carrots into small cubes. Onions peel off the husk and finely chop. Then fry the vegetables on the hot vegetable oil until golden brown.

Cut the mushrooms into slices or small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil. Also fry minced meat separately.

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and bring toboiling. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes. Then put in boiling water. After 5 minutes, add the fried vegetables, mushrooms and minced meat. Boil the soup until the potatoes are ready.

At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper and add canned corn and bay leaves.
