You will need

  • - five squid carcasses
  • - 150 grams of Russian cheese
  • - 150 grams of sour cream
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 100 grams of peeled shrimp

Squids are prepared, washed and thoroughly cleaned from the film.

In a saucepan, boil water, add salt there, turn off the fire and put the squid carcasses into hot water for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes the squid is removed from the water and cooled.

Eggs are boiled, cleaned and cutcubes, you can use the egg. Russian cheese is rubbed on a large grater, and peeled shrimps are cut into small pieces. Of these products, we prepare the filling, adding only half of the grated cheese to it, mix well.

Squid carcasses are stuffed with the resulting mass. With the help of skewers or toothpicks, the open end of the carcass is fixed.

Prepare the sauce: pour sour cream into the bowl, dilute it with half a glass of water, add the rest of the grated cheese there, mix thoroughly.

In a preheated to 160 degree oven are placedon a tray stuffed and sauteed squid carcasses and baked for no longer than 10 minutes. To ensure that the meat of squid was soft, and not rubber, bake it should be in excess of moisture.
