How to make an orange cake
The cake is superb and chic. Has a biscuit with the taste of orange. You can serve both as a cake and as a dessert. Impregnated with cream and decorated with coconut shavings.
You will need
- - 200 g of butter
- - 1/2 tsp. vanillin
- - 250 g of flour
- - 6 eggs
- - 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- - 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- - 2 oranges
- - 400 ml of condensed milk
- - coconut chips

Prepare the dough. Put whole oranges in the pan and fill them with water. Place on fire and cook until boiling, then cook for about 5-7 minutes. Take the oranges from the pan and cut into 6-8 equal parts, remove the bones. Pass the oranges through the meat grinder.

Separate yolks from proteins. Whip the sugar and yolks, pour in the flour, vanillin and baking powder, mix until smooth. Add the oranges and mix. Whip the whites into a firm foam and add to the dough, mix thoroughly until smooth. Divide the dough into four equal parts.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper andlay out the dough. Put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake about 20-45 minutes until golden brown. Wait for the biscuit to check with a toothpick. Remove the cake and cool on the grate. Bake it three more times.

Make a cream. Whip the butter with whisk, add the condensed milk and whisk again.

Lubricate each cake and sides of the cake with cream and stack on top of each other. Decorate with coconut shavings.
