Mannika on kefir is a classic and delicious dessert, which can be served either separately or with condensed milk, jam or jam.
You will need
- Main Ingredients:

We take a large dish or a pan, break it thereeggs (4 pieces) and add sugar (1 glass), whisk until the sugar dissolves. Sugar can be used both white and brown - depending on your preferences.

Pour into the total mass of mango (3 cups), stir.

Pour in the dough kefir (half a liter) and mix thoroughly.

We let the dough to steep for 1 hour, so that the mancha swells up.

Lastly, add soda or baking powder (1 teaspoon), vanillin or vanilla sugar (to taste) and mix again.

Form for baking grease with oil and sprinkle with a manga. Gently pour the dough into the mold.

Put the mannik in a preheated oven. Baking temperature: 170-180 degrees. Baking time: 45-55 minutes until a golden crust is formed.

Ready mannik is extracted from the mold and served as a separate dish. Perfect for tea or coffee break. As a supplement to the pie, you can offer jam, jam, condensed milk.
