Pleasant buns with cheese are good for eating with morning coffee or evening tea. Their crumbs pleasantly melts in the mouth, and the stretching threads of cheese leave a pleasant aftertaste.

Buns with cheese

You will need

  • - milk - 1 glass;
  • - sugar - 2 tsp;
  • - flour in / c - 300 g;
  • - yeast dry - 1 teaspoon;
  • - salt -1/3 tsp;
  • - cheese fused - 10 plates;
  • - an egg - 1 piece;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Before you start kneading the dough, heatmilk. It should be warm, but not more than 40 degrees. Drain the milk in a deep bowl and add sugar and yeast to it. Leave to stand at room temperature. For 15-20 minutes yeast will start to act, there will be vesicles.

Must sow flour, do not be lazy. Dough from such flour is better. And thus accidental hit of foreign bodies in products is excluded.

In milk with yeast, pour in the oil, add salt,stir and gradually enter the flour. Put the uncooked dough. Cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. Once the dough is good, divide it into 10 parts.

Each part roll into an even rectangularlayer. On one side of the dough, place a plate of melted cheese, cut it on the other side so that the comb looks like it. The width of the strips is 1.5 cm. Fold the dough from the side of the cheese into a roll, pinch the edges.

Leave on the sheet baking paper, oiled. Lay the semi-finished products, leave them covered for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pure the egg, separating the yolk from the protein. Use the protein in another recipe, whisk the yolk with a whisk. Lubricate the buns with cheese yolk mass and bake for 15-20 minutes.
