Pancake rolls with trout are very delicate andNourishing snack, which will be an excellent addition to the festive table. In addition, the preparation of this dish you need no more than 10-15 minutes (provided that the pancakes are already ready).

Pancake rolls with trout

You will need

  • - 5 pancakes;
  • - 400 g of slightly salted trout;
  • - 150 g of curd cheese;
  • - 1 tbsp. a mustard spoon;
  • - 50 g of dill.

First you need to cook pancakes according to the usual recipe from eggs, milk and sifted flour.

When the pancakes are ready, you can proceedpreparing filling for roll. To do this, mix the curd cheese with mustard and finely chopped dill. Slice the slightly salted trout with thin, neat strips.

Every pancake is smeared with the resulting cottage cheesemixture, in the center we put several slices of trout. If desired, instead of trout fillets, you can use salted salmon or a salted fish. Pancakes can also be replaced with pita bread, but in this case, you should increase the amount of curd filling, otherwise the dish will turn out to be too dry.

We wrap the pancakes into a roll and cut them into several pieces of 2-3 cm in width.
