Rolls of pancakes
These snack rolls of fine pancakes decorateany festive table. The pancakes are prepared simply, in this recipe the filling is prepared from trout and cheese curd, but you can add other products to these rolls.
You will need
- For pancakes:
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 200 g of flour;
- - 50 g of butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For filling:
- - 200 g of slightly salted trout;
- - 100 g of curd cheese;
- - 2 fresh cucumbers;
- - half a pod of red bell pepper;
- - 4 sprigs of parsley.

First you need to make pancakes. To do this, milk whisk with eggs, salt, flour and sugar. Leave the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes. Pour in the cooled melted butter, stir again.

Spread out the frying pan, oil it (after the first pancake it is not necessary to lubricate), bake thin pancakes from the whole amount of dough.

Prepare a filling for pancake rolls. Finely chop slightly salted trout, it is better to take fillets. Cut the Bulgarian peppers into small cubes, chop the fresh parsley. Mix fish with curd cheese, herbs and pepper. The filling is ready. Cut fresh cucumbers separately with long thin strips.

Spread every pancake stuffing, along one edgeput cucumber strips, roll tight rolls. If you have a bamboo mat for these purposes - it's very good, so it's much more convenient to prepare rolls of pancakes.

Ready rolls cool in the fridge, then cut into small rolls about 3-4 centimeters in height.
