How to cook a cake "Chaos"
The cake has an unusual name, but it turns out simply wonderful, tasty, sweet and unforgettable. It consists of three rolls, each of which is cut into pieces and sprinkled with cream.
You will need
- - 750 ml of sour cream
- - 430 g of granulated sugar
- - 1/2 tsp. soda
- - 750 g of flour
- - 200 g of prunes
- - 200 g dried apricots
- - 200 g raisins
- - 120 g walnut

Prepare the filling. Rinse thoroughly prunes, raisins and dried apricots, pour boiling water. Keep the dried fruits in the water until they swell. Then grind each kind of dried fruit with a blender or meat grinder. Then put them together.

Prepare the dough. Whisk 250 ml of sour cream and 370 g of granulated sugar. In a thin trickle, pour in the flour and mix until smooth, knead the dough. Divide the dough into three equal parts. Roll the dough into a rectangular formation 0.5 cm thick. Lubricate the filling and roll into a roll.

Cover the baking tray with baking paper and greasevegetable oil. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. Bake it three more times.

Fry the nuts in the oven. Then grind the crust until middle crumb. Cut the roll into pieces.

Prepare the cream. Whip the sugar and sour cream until smooth.

On a large dish lay the pieces of the first roll and pour the cream, then sprinkle with nuts. Do this two more times, alternating. Place in the refrigerator for the night or for 6-10 hours.
