How to Make "Crispy" Cookies
A cookie, reminiscent of the classic "tail" to taste, but different from it for cooking.
You will need
- - 4 glasses of flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1.5 cups of milk;
- - 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar;
- - 0,5 glasses of vegetable oil;
- - 2 eggs.
Instructions
1
Eggs beat up with a mixer. Then combine them with sugar (both normal and vanilla), pour in the milk, add a pinch of salt and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly until uniform all the above ingredients.
2
Sift in a bowl to liquid flour constituents andknead the dough. When the dough is ready, divide it into parts and roll it into a layer. Each stratum, in turn, is cut into strips, and each strip is cut in the center. Through the central incision, unscrew one end of the strip, giving the liver a shape.
3
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking or parchment paper.
4
Billets lay on a prepared baking sheet and send to a hot oven for about half an hour. Finished brushwood is distinguished by a pleasant blush.
5
Another hot brushwood should be rolled in sugar powder, mixed with vanilla sugar. You can serve immediately, and if something remains, then it should be stored in a tightly closed container.
