Recipe for excellent soft pastry with flavoralmonds and cocoa. The dough is simple in preparation, it is baked quickly. Glaze for biscuits, too, to prepare elementary - just mix all the necessary components.

Chocolate biscuits with almond icing

You will need

  • For the test:
  • - 2 cups of sugar;
  • - 2 cups of flour;
  • - 1 glass of butter;
  • - 1 cup of cocoa;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 2 tsp vanilla extract;
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • For glaze:
  • - 3 glasses of powdered sugar;
  • - 1/3 cup of butter, cocoa;
  • - 4 tbsp. a spoonful of milk;
  • - 1/4 tsp almond extract.

Mix with a softened butter orConfectionery fat with sugar until a lush mass. Eat eggs one by one, after each thoroughly whipping the mass. Add the vanilla extract. Separately mix the sifted flour with cocoa powder, salt and soda.

Start pouring a little into the oil mixtureDry ingredients, stirring the dough until smooth. Roll balls from balls with a diameter of 4 cm (40-45 pieces), put them on a baking sheet, put them in the oven.

Bake chocolate biscuits for 13-17 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees, the oven should be warmed to the specified mark in advance! Cool the finished cookie on the grate.

Now it remains to prepare the almond icing: mix the butter with cocoa, sugar powder, almond extract. Pour the milk to the desired density. The resulting glaze abundantly pour a cooled chocolate biscuit.
