To make a quick chop, you need 500 grams of pork loin, 2 eggs, 50 grams of wheat flour, 2 tomatoes, 150 grams of hard cheese, garlic, greens, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Cut the meat into pieces with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Place the piece in a plastic bag, beat off the blunt side of the hammer. Do the same with the other pieces. Roll them in flour, dip into beaten eggs and lay on a preheated pan. Fry the chops on the oil on each side for no more than 1 minute. Put them on a baking tray, greased, and evenly distribute them sliced ​​tomatoes, chopped garlic and greens. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put into a preheated oven. Bake for 8-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. It is important not to overeat the meat, otherwise it will turn out to be too tough.
