Dietary salad with shrimps is prepared from the following ingredients:

- 500 g of shrimp;

- cucumber - 2 pieces;

- a lemon - 1 piece;

- 150 g of hard cheese;

- lettuce leaves - 2-3 pieces;

- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;

- 100 g of green olives;

- salt (to taste).

Shrimp wash under running water, then boil for 5-7 minutes in slightly salted water.

Green medium-sized cucumbers rinse and cut into small half-rings. Wash salad leaves and chop. Hard cheese (preferably pick Parmesan) cut into small cubes.

In a salad bowl, combine the boiled shrimps,cut cucumbers, lettuce leaves, cheese and olives. Do not forget to lightly salad the salad and season with lemon juice and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well and leave for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator to soak the juice.

Such a salad will become a wonderful hearty dish during a diet and will go well with other vegetables. The calorie content of the dish is 237 kcal per 100 g.
