The first step is to mix the yolks in a bowl,salt, water and oil, gently mix everything. At this stage, it is worth remembering that if large salt is taken, then the mass must be stirred more carefully so that the salt is completely dissolved.

Then it is necessary to pour out the work surfacea slug of about 400 grams of flour, then make a groove in it and pour the yellow-and-oil mixture into it, start to mix the dough quickly, gradually adding the remaining 100 grams of flour (mix the dough for a long time, at least 10 minutes, eventually it should become quite dense and elastic). Check the readiness of the dough simply, you need to form a dough from the dough, leave it for a minute, then lightly press it with your finger: the finished dough will return to its original state within a couple of seconds.

Ready-made pasta can and does not dry, and boil right away, they need to be dried only if there is harvesting for future use.
