This document, according to Art.51 town planning code of the Russian Federation, issue local self-government bodies. To obtain a permit for the construction of an individual residential building, you will need the following documents: - an application addressed to the head of the local administration - passport data of the developer - title documents for the land plot - a town planning plan - a plan for the planning of the land plot, Designated the location of the object of individual housing construction.

Documents are legal documentsbased on which you are considered the owner of this site - a certificate or an act of ownership. The town planning plan must be ordered by the territorial agency of architecture and town planning at the location of the site. According to paragraph 10 of Art. 51 ГРК the Russian Federation, it is not supposed to demand from the builder other documents which are not provided by the law.

After the application and the required packageDocuments are submitted, the building permit must be issued within 10 working days. During this time, the control authorities will check the conformity of the scheme of the actual location of the structure to the requirements of the town planning plan and the approved red lines, in case of their implementation, you will receive a positive decision. When the decision is negative, you have the right to challenge it in court.
