To open an IP, it is necessary to collect and providea number of mandatory documents to the tax (or multifunctional center). Among them, an application for the registration of IP in the form of P21001. It can be filled in by hand or in writing. The main thing is that there were no blots and corrections. Please note that the printed document can not be modified with a pen. All information must be indicated in the same way as it is prescribed in the passport. In advance, you will also need to select the OKVED activity codes for which you plan to work. The application form itself can be downloaded on the FTS website, there is also a service that facilitates its application. Please note that since July 2013 a new form of P21001 has appeared. The application must be stitched and pasted with a sticker indicating the number of pages and the signature of the FE.

When you register, you will need the original receipt forpayment of state duty. Requisites for the transfer of funds can be specified in the Federal Tax Service, or in the branch of the Savings Bank. The amount of state duty for registration of IP is now 800 r. Check that the receipt for payment does not contain errors, because money in the tax will not be returned to you.

The number of required documents includes the originalpassports with a photocopy of all pages. A copy is also recommended to flash. When applying for a personal application, notarization is not required. In the opposite case, it is necessary to certify the documents, as well as the power of attorney for the interests of the notary.

It is also necessary to provide the TIN and its copy. If it is not available, you can apply for the TIN together with the registration documents, but the procedure for registering the IP will be longer.

If you do not intend to use an OSS, thenSimultaneously apply for the transfer to the USN under Form No. 26.2-1. It is necessary to have time to submit it within 5 days after the registration of the IP, but you can do it until this moment.

The registration procedure takes 5 days. After that, you must issue a certificate of state registration of the OGRN, an extract from the EGRIP, a notice on registration of individuals in the tax authority, as well as in the FIU.
