"Klostilbegit" is used for diseases,causing infertility: oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, postcontraceptive or secondary amenorrhea, anovulatory infertility, androgen insufficiency, galactorrhea, polycystic ovary syndrome, Chiari-Frommel syndrome. "Klostilbegit" increases the level of luteinizing and follicle-stimulating hormones. With a low estrogen content in the body, the drug exhibits a moderate estrogenic effect, with a high anti-estrogenic effect. Small doses of the drug stimulate ovulation, increase the secretion of gonadotropins, large doses inhibit the production of gonadotropins. Most often, the remedy is used in conjunction with other drugs that stimulate ovulation. For the treatment of infertility, the dose of "Klostilbegit" will depend on the response of the ovaries to taking the remedy. If the menstrual cycle is regular, treatment should begin on the fifth day of the cycle, with amenorrhea tablets begin to drink on any day. "Klostilbegit" is adopted according to two schemes. According to the first within five days it is necessary to drink 1 tablet of the drug per day. As a rule, ovulation occurs between the 11th and 15th days of the cycle. If the pregnancy has not occurred, apply the second scheme: within five days take 2 tablets a day, starting with the fifth day of the next cycle. If ovulation does not occur, take the medication again. With continued anovulation, a break is made for three months, and then the treatment is repeated for three months. In one course, no more than 750 mg of the drug can be used. In polycystic ovaries, "Klostilbegit" is taken in the amount of 1 tablet per day. If the pregnancy has not come, further therapy with the drug is not effective. For men, the drug is prescribed one to two tablets once or twice a day for 6 weeks. "Klostilbegit": contraindications, side effects

"Klostilbegit" is contraindicated in the ovarian cyst,thyroid gland disorders, endometriosis, genital neoplasms, renal and hepatic insufficiency, visual impairment, ovarian failure in hyperprolactinemia, lactase deficiency, galactose intolerance, hypofunction or pituitary tumor, adrenal gland disorders, hypersensitivity to the components of the agent. "Klostilbegit" causes the following side effects: vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, flatulence, acute stomach syndrome, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, depression, blurred vision, urticaria, polyuria, vaginal dryness.
