The dosage is calculated by the attending physician in dependencefrom the severity of the disease, the general condition of the patient and age. Also, with infertility, the duration of the course and dose depend on the response to the ovarian preparation. Patients with a regular menstrual cycle can start therapy on the fifth day of the cycle or on the third with a follicular phase duration of less than 12 days and early ovulation. In the case of amenorrhea, treatment can be started any day. When treating men, "Clostigite" is recommended to take 50 mg 1-2 times a day with a duration of 6 weeks. During treatment it is necessary to monitor the spermogram systematically.
4
There are two schemes for taking the drug. In the first variant the medication is taken for 5 days at 50 mg per day. At the same time, the ovarian response is monitored by laboratory tests. Ovulation occurs between 11 and 15 days of the menstrual cycle. The second method is used if the first one does not bring the desired result. From the fifth day of the next cycle, it is recommended to apply the drug at 100 mg per day for 5 days. If ovulation is not observed, the same cycle is repeated in the next cycle. In case of a negative result, the subsequent treatment with "Klostilbegitom" is canceled.
