From any plasticine, mold the gryphon mask. It is better to take the old hard clay. Dilute PVA glue with water in a ratio of 1: 3. Tear the newspaper into pieces and moisten them with a solution, then thickly, in several layers, cover them with a plasticine mask.
When the paper is dry, remove it from the clay. Trim the uneven edges and paint with white acrylic. Color the mask in any colors with gouache mixed with PVA glue, or acrylic.
