Learn if you have the right to exchangepurchased goods. Since its purchase, no more than 14 days must elapse. Also the goods should not have any damage or wear marks. If the check is not saved, then you can exchange the goods without it, but in this case you will need to find a witness of the purchase. This applies to a situation where the store refuses to acknowledge that you purchased the item there. Contact the seller and tell them you want to return the purchase. You can choose whether you want to get back your money or buy any other product from the store's assortment instead. But keep in mind that the selected product should not exceed the value that you return, otherwise you will have to pay a surcharge.

If the seller refuses to accept the goods back, contact the manager or the store management. It is likely that the leadership will be more loyal to you than an ordinary employee.

If the main person in the store does not want toexchange or return money to you, contact the consumer protection service. There you will be consulted by a lawyer and, if necessary, will make a claim to the court, which will help you achieve an exchange of goods.
