In particular, to compile estimates for construction, the "Methodology for determining the cost of products for construction" is used, issued by the State Committee for Construction. Other official recommendations may be used for repair and restoration. Such documents can be found, for example, on the Internet on specialized websites dedicated to construction and construction products.

They are also published monthly special indexes of price changes. You can get directories and indexes by downloading them from special Internet resources.

Then find their average cost in the corresponding directories. The cost needs to be adjusted in accordance with the coefficients of the current month. First, the estimated cost of each type of work and materials separately, and then summed up, which means the entire potential cost of the design and exploration activities for the construction of the facility.
