We fill in section 2. "DETAILS OF MILITARY ACCOUNTING", in accordance with the military ticket (temporary certificate issued in return) or the identity card of the citizen subject to conscription for military service: 1) we state the category of the stock (this item is not filled in for reserve officers); 2) indicate the military rank of an employee, or write the phrase "is subject to draft"; 3) indicate the composition (profile) - "command", "soldiers", etc .; 4) we put the full code name of the VUS, which can be digital or alphanumeric; 5) indicate the category of fitness for military service (from "A" to "G"); 6) indicate the name of the military commissariat at the place of residence; 7) in the event that a person is on a general or special military record, we indicate this information with a simple pencil.
