The basis of the diet is fairly balanceddiet, which should be followed for four weeks. The goal of the diet is keeping cheerfulness and reducing the volume in the waist area. At the end of the period, a long-term effect will be visible in the form of a tightened abdomen and 5 kg of weight dropped. The advantage of this diet is that a person independently forms his diet, based on recommendations.

Week one. In the first seven days of the diet, you must strictly adhere to five meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and a second dinner should be held at the same time. Last meal not later than 2 hours before bedtime. This will allow the body to tune in to accelerate the metabolism, and losing weight does not feel hunger during the diet. In the first week, it is required to exclude all fatty, hydrocarbon-containing foods, as well as sugar and carbonated drinks. A large intake of plant foods is recommended: vegetable salads, dairy products in the form of natural yogurt, low-fat kefir, various cereals and lean poultry, lean boiled fish. The volume of a portion is not more than 150 grams per reception. The diet can be supplemented with fruits and natural juices.

Second week. The purpose of the second week of the diet is to reduce the amount of fat consumed. The food is steamed, without the use of fat. It is necessary to eat boiled, stewed products without oil, with a minimum amount of salt. In the second week of the diet, you need to increase the number of vegetable salads. Salad should be present for both lunch and dinner as a supplement to the main course. Vegetable oil is replaced with olive oil, we also fill up all possible salads. The volume of each serving is 150 g. Second supper no later than 3 hours before bedtime.

The third week. The goal of the third week is a restriction in the consumption of fatty meat. The main diet is seafood: fish, squid, shrimp. And also vegetable dishes, steamed as a garnish. Vegetables can be replaced with paired rice. In the third week we reduce the serving volume to 100 grams for each meal. This means, for example, for lunch, 100 grams of boiled fish, 100 grams of vegetable salad, 100 grams of garnish of rice or vegetables. You can not skip meals. Dinner 3 hours before bedtime.

Fourth week.In the last week of the diet, you need to reduce the amount of carbohydrates consumed. Garnish from cereals is replaced by vegetable. It is not forbidden to eat a small slice of black bread during the day. It is not necessary to completely refuse carbohydrates, it is important to reduce the amount of servings to 100 g. For example, for lunch, chicken breast 100 g, 100 grams of vegetable salad, 100 grams of pasta as a garnish. As drinks we use freshly squeezed juices from vegetables, mineral water without gas, Herb tea. The liquid used during the day should be at least 2 liters. Last meal is 2 hours before bedtime.
